• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy objects (often up to 50 pounds).
• Skills: Basic math, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• Technology: Familiarity with barcode scanners or basic computer inventory systems.
• Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is helpful but often not strictly required for entry-level roles.

What we're looking for
• Unload delivery trucks, inspect goods for damage, and verify counts against purchase orders.
• Stowing: Move items to correct shelves, racks, or storage bays.
• Picking and Packing: Gather products from pick lists, pack items securely, and prepare them for shipping.
• Inventory Control: Count stock, perform cycle counts, and report missing or broken items.
• Equipment Operation: Use tools like pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified).
• Housekeeping: Keep aisles clean, boxes stacked properly, and workspaces safe.
