Senior Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will support the analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise and operational systems. This role focuses on understanding business needs, documenting requirements, improving processes, and collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

Role Summary: Responsible for managing business-side coordination, aligning stakeholder

requirements, and ensuring end-to-end delivery of IT projects in partnership with the Technical

Lead. Acts as primary liaison between business units and IT development team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as primary liaison between business units (div heads) and IT development team

- Gather, clarify, and validate business requirements before technical implementation

- Own and manage project scope, priorities, and delivery coordination

- Lead requirement discussions, alignment meetings, and stakeholder sessions

- Work with Technical Lead to translate business requirements into technical execution plans

- Manage and monitor development tickets, progress, and dependencies

- Consolidate project updates, risks, and blockers for reporting to IT Head

- Ensure structured workflow from requirement → development → testing → delivery

- Facilitate issue resolution between business expectations and technical constraints

- Drive continuous improvement of delivery and communication processes

Requirements:

- 5+ years experience in IT project coordination, business analysis, or delivery management

- Strong understanding of SDLC and software delivery processes

- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders including senior business leaders

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Experience handling task tracking, prioritization, and delivery follow-ups

- Ability to interpret business needs and coordinate with technical teams

- Highly organized with strong execution and accountability skills
