Mid Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will support the analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise and operational systems. This role focuses on understanding business needs, documenting requirements, improving processes, and collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

2-3 years experience in IT project coordination, business analysis, or delivery management. Strong understanding of SDLC and software delivery processes. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders including senior business leaders. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience handling task tracking, prioritization, and delivery follow-ups. Ability to interpret business needs and coordinate with technical teams. Highly organized with strong execution and accountability skills.
