• Enforce automated backup procedures, rigorous patch management schedules, and business continuity/disaster recovery protocols.
2. NOC (Network Operations Center) Operations
• Proactively monitor network bandwidth, infrastructure health, and server loads using enterprise monitoring and alerting tools.
• Triage, diagnose, and resolve network outages, hardware failures, and latency bottlenecks under strict SLAs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date network topologies, asset inventories, and incident post-mortem logs.
3. SOC (Security Operations Center) Operations
• Monitor SIEM alerts, firewall logs, and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) telemetry for anomalous activities or potential security breaches.
• Execute immediate incident response protocols to contain threats, minimize impact, and run root-cause analyses.
• Coordinate vulnerability assessments, execute system hardening guidelines, and support internal cybersecurity compliance audits.
4. Vendor & Asset Management
• Lead vendor relationships for IT hardware, software licenses, telecommunications, and managed service providers.
• Evaluate technical quotations, review procurement bids, negotiate favorable Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and oversee contract renewals.
• Manage IT asset life cycles from onboarding to disposal, tracking software compliance and hardware warranties.
5. Advanced Technical Support & IT Operations
• Serve as the ultimate escalation point (Tier 2/3) for complex technical issues impacting end-users, software, or core hardware.
• Supervise helpdesk workflows, ensuring user requests and infrastructure tickets are resolved efficiently with strong documentation.
• Oversee onboarding technology provisioning, identity management, and employee security awareness training.
