About the role

- Conduct scheduled telemed consults
- Create and complete consultation notes in the EMR
- Generate Rx/lab requests/referrals when needed
- Approve completed Rx in the dashboard
- Coordinate with Hypracare Agents to ensure patient care
- Appropriate escalation of cases

What we're looking for

- Licensed Physician with valid PRC license
- Preferably with experience in primary care
- Knowledge of EMR systems and telehealth platforms
- Able to work independently and manage consultations efficiently
