About the role

- Recieve assigned patient lists from dashboard
- Make outbound calls to patients:
- Telemed booking
- Medication renewal/follow-up
- Other services
- Handle inbound calls/concerns
- accurately encode data
- follow scripts and policies
- meet KPIs

What we're looking for

- Senior HS grad, college undergrad or college grad
- pref 6mos - 1 year call center experience
- good verbal and written communication skills
- computer literate
- can accurately encode into and navigate dashboards/EMR
