HR Recruitment Supervisor

The Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day recruitment operations of the assigned recruitment team. The role ensures that manpower requirements are filled efficiently and within agreed timelines while maintaining quality hiring standards and a positive candidate experience. The Recruitment Supervisor leads and supports Recruitment Assistants and Associates, works closely with Division heads, monitors recruitment performance, and ensures proper utilization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferably with 3–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, including experience handling multiple or high-volume vacancies. Preferably with at least 1 year of supervisory, team lead, or senior recruiter experience. Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, endorsement, and offer coordination. Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills. Able to work effectively with department heads, hiring managers, and senior management. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple manpower requirements simultaneously. Results-driven and capable of working under recruitment targets and deadlines. Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with recruitment metrics and reports. Familiarity with job boards, social media sourcing, employee referral programs, and other recruitment channels. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), HRIS, or other recruitment technology is preferred. Able to identify recruitment challenges and implement practical solutions. Detail-oriented, proactive, dependable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates Malasakit, Maaasahan, and Mapagkakatiwalaan in leading the recruitment team and dealing with candidates and internal stakeholders.
