- Conduct household visits within assigned areas.
- Educate residents about healthcare benefits and programs.
- Assist with registration and document completion.
- Maintain accurate daily activity records.
- Participate in community outreach activities.
- Submit reports and enrollment data to supervisors.

- At least a Senior High School graduate.
- Vocational graduates and college undergraduates are welcome.
- No degree required.
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to perform field work and travel locally.
- Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools
(Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
