Driver

The Bus/Coaster Driver is responsible for safely transporting medical team members, staff, volunteers, and medical supplies to and from assigned mission areas, outreach programs, and healthcare facilities. The driver ensures passenger safety, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with traffic laws and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely transport doctors, nurses, medical staff, and other passengers to designated locations.
- Ensure timely arrival and departure based on the mission schedule.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspection (brakes, lights, tires, fuel, engine, etc.) before and after trips.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the coaster vehicle.
- Assist in loading and unloading medical equipment and supplies when necessary.
- Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel consumption records, and vehicle maintenance reports.
- Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or delays immediately to the supervisor.
- Ensure passenger safety and comfort during travel.
- Perform other duties as assigned related to transport services.
- Willing to travel nationwide for Medical Mission

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Professional Driver’s License 1,2,3 or C,D
- At least 2–3 years of driving experience in driving and transporting passengers or group
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
- Physically fit and willing to travel to various locations.
- Good communication skills and professional demeanor.
