Dispatch Manager

Overall Summary:
The Dispatch Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and accurate distribution of
medicines to individual and corporate clients. This role ensures timely delivery through motorcycle
riders and bulk dispatch operations, while maintaining strict coordination with the pharmacy and
full visibility of parcel status within the 1Life system.
Key Responsibilities:
 Manage daily dispatch operations for medicine deliveries via motorcycle riders and bulk
shipments to corporate clients
 Monitor and track all medicines endorsed by the pharmacy for delivery
 Supervise dispatchers, sorters, and riders to ensure proper handling and timely distribution
of medicine parcels
 Ensure accurate sorting, routing, and dispatching of all orders
 Coordinate closely with the pharmacy team regarding dispatch schedules and priorities
 Handle and endorse returned medicines back to the pharmacy following proper procedures
 Maintain real-time reporting of all medicine parcel statuses, including delivery progress,
delays, and issues
 Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and healthcare handling
protocols
 Identify and resolve operational issues to improve delivery efficiency and service quality
 Proficient in the 1Life system for dispatch monitoring, reporting, and coordination

 Familiarity with logistics tracking systems and reporting tools is an advantageAd hoc tasks
assigned by management
 Complete supplementary duties as instructed

Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business
Administration, or related field
 Minimum 3–5 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or e-commerce
operations
 Experience in managing teams and handling high-volume order fulfillment
 Strong knowledge of courier operations, shipping procedures, and inventory management
 Proficient in Microsoft Excel and warehouse/dispatch management systems
 Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
 Excellent communication and organizational skills
 Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Skills:
 Experience in e-commerce platforms and order management systems
 Knowledge of last-mile delivery operations
 Strong analytical and reporting skills
 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
