Area Supervisor

- Supervise Homecare Associates within assigned municipalities.
- Conduct field visits, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure enrollment targets are achieved.
- Validate enrollment records and activity reports.
- Conduct team meetings and training sessions.
- Submit operational reports to the Regional Manager & BU Head.
- Coordinate with local officials and community leaders.

- College level or graduate preferred.
- Senior High School graduates with supervisory experience may be considered.
- Experience in sales, field operations, healthcare, microfinance, or community work preferred.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
